Services

Home remodeling & custom woodwork

The same crew that clears your property builds inside it. Kitchens, baths, additions, built-ins, decks, and trim work done by carpenters, not subcontractor roulette.

Remodeling

Interior and exterior renovation

Most of our remodeling work starts as a conversation with someone we already did tree work for. They saw how the crew treated the property and asked what else we do.

  • Kitchens. Layout changes, cabinetry, counters, and the trim details that make it look finished.
  • Bathrooms. Full gut and rebuild, tile, vanities, and fixture work.
  • Additions & conversions. Adding square footage, closing in a porch, converting a garage.
  • Storm and water repair. Framing, drywall, and finish work after the damage is cleared.
  • Flooring & interior trim. Baseboard, casing, crown, and door work throughout.

Woodwork

Built to the room, not to the box store

Custom work is where the trade actually shows. If you have an odd wall, a sloped ceiling, or a space nothing off the shelf will fit, that is the job we want.

  • Built-ins & shelving. Wall units, window seats, mudrooms, and closets fit to the opening.
  • Cabinetry. Kitchen, bath, laundry, and garage cabinets built and hung on site.
  • Decks & pergolas. Outdoor structures built for Florida sun, rain, and wind load.
  • Trim & millwork. Coffered ceilings, wainscot, mantels, and stair detail.
  • One-off pieces. Tables, benches, and gates, including work milled from trees we took down.

Why it matters

Tree crew and carpenters under one roof

When a limb comes through a soffit, most homeowners end up managing two companies who blame each other. You get one number to call and one company responsible for the whole thing.

No handoff gap

Removal and repair get scheduled together, so the property is not sitting open waiting on a second contractor.

One point of accountability

One estimate, one crew, one company standing behind the finished work.

Material worth keeping

Good wood from a removal does not have to go in the chipper. We can mill it into something for the house.

Process

How a project runs

  1. WalkthroughWe look at the space, talk through what you want, and flag anything structural early.
  2. Scope and priceYou get a written scope with allowances spelled out, so you know what is and is not included.
  3. BuildWork areas get protected and cleaned daily. You always know who is coming and when.
  4. Punch and close outWe walk it together, fix the list, and do not call it done until you do.
